HOW to MEASURE for YOUR HOOP

Measure the distance

from the floor,

to or slightly above,

your navel.

BEGINNERS:

Beginners may choose a slightly taller hoop because

“it is easier to hoop with a larger hoop”.

Hoops that are larger and heavier are great for beginners because

the added weight gives the hoop more momentum as it moves around you

making it easier to keep the hoop up.

CHILDREN, ADVANCED ADULTS and PERFORMERS:

Small, light hoops take more energy to gyrate and keep in motion.
Great for quick movement hooping, tricks and dance.
